The whole experience from start to finish, starting with the initial phone call, the service technicians Jordy and Christian, their staff management team “The Michaels” have all been transparent and honest in their work and review evaluations. Water damage is stressful…. And this company exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. Highly recommend them for your water restoration needs! The ServPlus team — Chris S, Jordy, Phillip, and Christian — did an amazing job removing and drying out all the damage caused by a failed kitchen faucet water line. Each one of them was professional and knowledgeable. The leak also affected my HVAC system, which made the hot summer days even harder. They worked hard to get everything replaced so we could use the AC and live comfortably again. Special thanks to Christian for his extra effort that day to get our AC running.

We had Chase from ServPlus come out to do an attic inspection during the sale of our home, and he did a great job. He was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and we appreciated his thoroughness. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience using SERVPLUS to remediate a significant amount of mold and replace all of our insulation. Chase and Christian did an excellent job leading the crew and they finished everything quickly and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend!
